Fitting damper with sumo bars

I was close on this one. was a few pints of water on the inside of the wheel. kinda makes sense as at a lower speed the water would stay at the bottem until it picks up speed and swings round with the wheel. however I would like to know if 300 wheel bearings do have a front and rear seal. we tried the front seal and it just dident look or feel rite so we took it off and it was smooth..

They just have the rear hib oil seal and the dust cap (dependent on vehicle age on the front)
