West Midlands Regional Meeting - 14th September 09

Just a quick reminder that the West Midlands Regional Meeting will take place in a NEW VENUE this month:
We will be trialing this pub for the next two meetings. The meeting will take place in a private room off the far end on the bar, which will be reserved for us, for the evening.

The address for your SatNav is:

Towers Inn
636 Walsall Road
Great Barr
Birmingham
B42 1EY

for those that knew the old venue: turn right out of the carpark to the Walsall road, then right up the walsall road about 1mile. (the pub is on the left)

The meeting will be on Monday 14th September and will start at 7:30pm.

1996 Discovery 300TDi Affectionately known as Clover. 
Cooper Discover STT 33/12.50/R15, a 2" body lift off chassis. H/D springs with 50mm platform spacers on the rear. Nothing on the front as they foul the shocks :-) 11" travel rough country shocks and mountings with dislocating spring cones,  adjusted wheel arches, safari snorkel. H/D rear bumper, demountable drop plate,. H/D steering guard, QT diff guards.
tree sliders, Split charge running twin Optima's, spotlight bar with 4 whoppers on it, H/D winch bumper, 12,000lbs winch,  A bar with 2 50w mini spotlights, brownchurch full length roof rack. 2 work lights.CB,
Fine English engineering modified to work!

Just a quick reminder that the 'West Mids' regional meet is tonight and at a new venue.

Please find the private room,  by the kitchen on the ground floor and the disabled facilites.
