200TDi 90 re-chassis
« on: June 25, 2009, 12:45:01 »
Looks like the time's come for the chassis to be replaced on the 90, there's only so much patching you can do!
Anybody done one recently?
Which supplier do you recommend, I've seen two advertising, Marsland and Richards.
Are there any threads out there for a breakdown on the procedure and advice on pitfalls.
Any reassurance readily accepted.

Check out V8moneypits rebuild, it will give you a good idea whats involved.

And he and I both went for the Richards chassis as these seemed to have the best feed back, but ask Steve as he dealt with them.
1995 300tdi 90 rebuilt and on the road (but still a project)
1992 Pajero SWB 2.5 Auto (failed its MOT and for sale if you want it)
