Oh what a glorious day!

Managed to spend £350 today on various bits and bobs!

Spent £210 in B&Q buying a new angle grinder, a reciprocating saw and a mig welder.

Then spent £140 with paddocks purchasing a rear cross member for the 110!

So you can guess whats coming next!

Phoned up me local main stealer for the bolts and captive plates for attaching the rear cross member to the body, £23!!! for 10 small bolts and 5 captive plates!

Oh well, am sure this weekend will be fun :D

Unfortunately i dont have any space to make anything like that until i have bought the big shed i want :D 

I am going to get some scrap metal from local engineering firm so i can practice welding first, as its been a while! lol

repair a landrover ...pfft why?

sheet alloy +rubber bits +  iron ore + fluffy bits + mig welder + grinder = new landrover -£2.50   :thumbup:
