is it worth it

Hard to tell but it doesn't look like it's on leaves, so why build a RRC hybrid that;'s not tax exempt?
Agree the damage looks like more than a dent, the RH wing is twisted as is the Abar, so it's had a shunt. If there is no V5 then there's a chance the V5 has been surrendered and you can't re-register it.
I'd say there are better cars out there for the money, the market is slow so keep looking.

The description says it is tax exempt. I doubt it'd get through a VIC with those plates, or the chassis number it's probably using. I'd also hazard a guess that's it's never been anything other than a defender. So that makes it a bit of a ringer. Wants crushing really.

incidentally this can sometimes mean the car has been repaired to a better standard then when it left the factory.
just thought i would throw that into the equation.

Think it has been over on its side as the top of the window is badly scraped and roof rack bent.
