hello all rangie owners
« on: April 16, 2009, 19:10:39 »
hey guys been on here for a while so i think i will introduce my self.

my name is seb im 16 years old i live in aston clinton i own a 1987 range rover classic 4 door  v8 of course and im restoring it in to a full blown off roader that will be my daily drive as well (dont ask about insurence i can afford it) just rebuilt my first ever engine on my own and runs like i dream, brought it with a blown head gasket. alot of welding was required as previous owner's thought filler was as good as metal so has slowed me down and well all that is left to so is the sills and thats the welding done and just leaves me to tidy the car up and redo the brake lines and ready for a mot.

quite new to offroading but i know what im doing and talking about and some of you might have seen a purple jeep grand cherokke on bfg at at whaddon well thats my dad.

heres a link to the work i have done to my car

http://forum.difflock.com/viewtopic.php?t=34606

this car has taught me alot
1-never buy a landrover again "just kidding"
2-im the dogs [bollards] at welding
3-fabraction work.

please comment on my work, i would love to know what you think so far

Seems like a lot of work! but I am sure it will be worth it. Don't forget to paint it bright yellow when your done!
Your only down the road from Redditch, so ill be sure to wave if i see a purple jeep.
