the wifes got a 2.5 dse manual and its a great car, tows our caravan no problem. your not going to break any land speed records in it. also sounds very nice for a diesel.....................very happy

Hi Bobtail, had mine 3yrs and no headaches, yet its only done 62000 on an xreg. Dhse with all the toys, tows anything, last yr we went to Bristol Ballon Fiest, the field we camped in is just a paddock site is run by the Motorcaravanners Club. All the motorhomes were struggling to get a grip, farm was pulling them out with big 4wd tractor, his wife was using a D3. Pulled my heavy weight van out onto the road no problem even with std road tyres. Very smug. Bazz.

ive had mine over 6 months now and love it its absolutly gutless when cold and trying to pull out of a junction so much soo that you think there is something wrong with it defently get it chipped if you buy one had made it a much better car to live with
watch out for wheel bearing whine on a test drive though as a set of 4 hubs will set you back a grand unless you have a 30ton press even then the bearings £70 each
