i cant put a picture as it will be removed or changed, and for other coments i wasent spending loads on breakdown bits, just putting extras on my motor, why is it they have to come out with coments like that, im trying to stop anybody else being caught out, all i wanted for my money was tyres not total agro, and as for the owner of the establishment your company and your own attitude totaly stinks, now get your moderator friend to change this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are a few companies that get named occasionally, one that regularly crops up is Scrapiron! And they always seem to split opinion.

As we weren't with you when you had the problem with this company, it is hard to make comment either way? But that does not make your issue any the less?

The measure of any company, is how they deal with complaints, and in this occasion it would appear that this has been lacking, but I am sure, based on the volume they sell, that there will be many happy customers as well as some other not so happy?

The good side is that you finally have tyres that hold air? MY advice, is research better! I have looked at the prices of such companies as John Craddocks and other "main stream" Landrover parts suppliers, and IMHO you can get what they sell for a better price elsewhere, Take the Cooper Discoverer STT tyres that I recently bought, I got them more than £20 a tyre cheaper than Craddocks could supply them at! and that included delivery to my address!

We had a similar problem with carriers , the one we were with were cheap and generally good but when things went wrong they were useless . the new one rings if the is a problem so we can warn the customer before the delivery is due then gives updates and reasons for the delay.....

we all know things go wrong but what makes a good supplier is how they are delt with afterwards....
