I don't see the problem with members/ customers naming the garage that has given poor service, I understand that this may not effect everyone but it will build up a profile if we keep the information.

It would be useful to have a a folder under the garages / services section split by area like Scot, NW, NE, Midlands, SE, SW, Wales where you can vote if a garage has been Good, average or poor etc, you are only allowed one vote per garage.
