boss:
may have lost my licance!

yesterday i was driving one of the truck mounts for work.....was the first time i had ever driven a hiab and i wasnt usedto how crap it was! came to some traffic lights in london.......applies the  "london green" rule (light was amber) dropped a gear....nothing happend! crap! ran a red! if i get a photo through the post not only will i be pulled up on running the red but i will get a bolloking because the truck I WAS TOLD TO DRIVE was a 4 ton-er and i cant drive this on my licance!
i am not a happy chappy! the only comeback or way of getting out of this is that all the trucks have a tracker in them and evereyone has there own key, i dont have one yet so i used a generic one and i am not written on the work plan to pick that truck up. so if anything happens i diddnt do it!

still bloody angry

TDi90:
you may get away with points... you never know till crunch time.
im corssing my fingers for you...  [-o<

pux:
If that truck is not on your licence than you should have told your employer to poke off and not drive it  what would have happened if you had an accident and hurt someone they would have thrown the book at you

Llanigraham:
And I suspect that your employer is going to get into deep dodo if you do get prosecuted since he let you drive it. VOSA could get very heavy if he has done anything similar in the past.

trecfive:
I hope they throw the book at you for your irisponsable behaviour. IT might teach you that a driving licence is a privilege and not a right to drive like an a**ehole. It's people like you that the rest of us has to pay for in increased  insurance premiums. As you have posted this on an open forum and seem to be proud of it, i hope one of your bosses reads it and also throws the book at you.
