Thats why people have driving lessons and pass a test to drive such vehicles so when they go out on thier own they are compentant and know what they are doing.

bloody hell! i take it youve just got the qrdinary(aftr 1997) car license, without any extra catagories? there a right pain in the behind, especicialloy if you work in building/ farming and everyone else is driving all sorts of truck and trailer combinations all around and you cant without spending £600 or so quid a catergory to uprate your license   good luck with it, hope you get away with it :) (but dont do it again)
Chris Putt:
Gutted... But you are a silly boy for driving it!!
horsethief:
Did your firm know you not got license,if so they are responseable,we had an accident with manlift, but couldn't prosecute because no body had course,so firm responseable. If you not on work sheet deny everything up to police to prove you driving, under human rights law you can't implicate yourself,i think.best of luck and be more careful next time.remeber your company responsable for letting you drive it.
