I bought a tax exempt MOT failure series 3 a year or so back (market has collapsed since then) paid £230 for the whole car.

try looking on OLLR, there's some wanted ads one for an overdrive and there was one for a truck cab too.

Landies with out MOT's really aren't worth anything unless they're something special.  my 109 with 6months tax and MOT only reached £600 on Eblag a couple of weeks back.
