Have been with AOL for 10 years now and i have had very few problems , the anti spam is great and the child supervision is efficient

There will always be good and bad stories about any company.

We have been using a phone/broadband package with Virgin for a year or so.... and it can be very flakey. The best download speed we tend to get is around 500k, but we are in the boonies on the end of a very long wire! But regularly, we can't get a connection at all.

With BT at work for years and it has been faultless. But you hear dreadful stories about them too.
