Had trouble with aol all day(from 6am ). Now I know why they are called AOHELL.
Phoned up there tech phone number and got through to a, well what can say to be polite ?
If onlythey could understand english !! :evil:
I was told that the server was down and people were working on fixing it. It will be back on in 2 hours lol,what a joke.
Was wondering what other providers are out they ? I currently pay £14 a month for wireless.

try vivaciti . . . a bit more expensive BUT theyre all english and provide a decent service, and if something goes wrong there is an ENGLISH person on the other end of the phone 24/7.

I am using the to*.... idiots to having a lot of trouble to did a speed test and only 200kps download... i hate aol... :( :(

Same with plusnet, you get a local number for fault reporting 'n' stuff and if you have a broadband problem they supply a free dial up line.
