I'm looking for your opinions please - D44 bumper, A Bar & Lightforce Spots.

A Bar and spots - you should be able to out lugs on the rear of the A bar for the lights which then means that you shouldn't need to put the protective bar across.
I have the A Bar at full height - find this gives an accurate feel for exactly where the front of the car is... works for me, mind you, my spots are a tad smaller!
