I'm looking for your opinions please - D44 bumper, A Bar & Lightforce Spots.

For a while I've been collecting bits for my project. I've picked up a D44 Winch Bumper, Defender A Bar and a set of Lightforce 240 Blitz spotlights.

I'm trying to emulate this Disco. The A Bar will have it's feet chopped off and lowered by about 3", then welded to the D44 Bumper. The question is, do I add the extra "spotlight bumper" to the A Bar.

I've got the original photo and mocked up one without the bar. What do you think?

Personally I fit just the D44 bumper & leave the lights & A bar off, allowing max airflow to the rad & intercooler.
But, it's each to there own...sorry not much help.  :roll: :lol:

Id leave the extra bar off, and try and mount the lights so the lenses are inboard of the A-bar were I to do it!!!!n A 90 air con A bar was how I planned to do the same on mine before I sold the disco.......
