Well it keeps trying to snow here in sunny Spalding but it's very stop start...can't see it amounting to anything special.

Been out playing in the snow myself this morning. Its nice when there is not a lot of traffic on the roads. Found some nice old lanes and lots of untouched snow.

There was a good couple of inches of snow on the car this morning in the east of Norfolk. And the lanes from the house up to the main road (about 3 miles) were fun in a Pug 206 courtesey car

This morning it looked like someone has mistaken my car for a nice cake and dusted it lightly.

Right thats its.... can we find a way to speed up this global warming thing..... nipped out to the shops on Monday morning was what half an hour.... walked back into the house to find water pouring through the ceiling and down the stairs.... went up to the next floor to find the same... and the same again on the 2nd floor..... opened the attic door to get a very cold shower... the filter unit had frozen during the night and had split off.... so Ive spent the last 2 days shouting at the insurance company to get them out to assess.... luckily we have a fantastic plumber up here who was out at the house within an hour to get it repaired and everything back on.... Roll on the summer!!!

here in Daventry we had snow and a few piles still remain.

Driving a recycle lorry down the country lanes was very interesting. Had the lorry diagonaly down 1 hill hen the back stepped out on me,  I recovered it though, had loads of wheel spinning trying to pull away up hills,  gave up reversing around 1 corner when the wheels were turned but I was going in a straight line  but the best bit was when I had to pass a bt van and I just touched the verge and got stuck. Big  Didnt get stuck on any ice all week, just mud. I will never let that down!!!
