2 inch body lift advice

i am considerin liftin my disco body by 2 inchs to go with the 2inch suspension lift my question is how hard is the job an how long will it take as i will be buyin a complete kit but as the disco is still my everyday car i cant afford to have it off the road for weeks any advice or pics showing how they did it an any probs they came across would be great an where they got the kits from would be awesome too cheers

i bought one of wizards kits from billing for my rrc  top quality kit and comes with everything you need to do the job

replace the body mount bushes and washers while your at it tho as they are bound to be tired not hard to do though more fun if anything jacking the body away from the chassis rust is the biggest problem well for me anyway lol

havin had a look at body mount rubbers they do look very cracked an crap lol so looks like ill be orderin a full set of body mount rubbers can u get them in polybush or is it best to just use landrover mounts

just cut the wheel arches out, its much quicker, you know it makes sense, ha ha, you know that clutch you sweated blood over in the pouring rain on my 300tdi xs, well it got smashed up, even bent the chassis, i should have sold you the bull bars when i had the chance, ha  ha

na you cant as i looked for them too, its worth changing the lower washers aswell as mine were rusted away and have a distance piece welded to it to allow the bush not to be overtightened i got all my stuff from mm4x4

thats where the body mounts are comin from mm's an les was it u drivng or the mrs an hope no one was hurt

 Not really, but i do have a set of 30mm body spacers in the workshop that are looking for a good home.
If you need a full kit i am sure we can work something out.
