sj anti roll bars

hi I'm back now i finely got min running right for now I'm off roading this week end at wood lands some one told me mine will be better off roading if i take my anti roll bars off ?? is this true or not cheers to you all and hope to see yous at woodlands you have all been a great help on here

take it off and throw it at next doors dog
will help flex 100% with removal
make sure you remove all parts so it cant be failed on next mot test
