temp sensor on head of 300tdi

Hi.

Taking on the advice above the head temp sensor may partly control the EGR but if you have a later 300 then you have EDC; and the head temp is fed to the ECU as an input to calculate fuelling according to throttle position, engine load, water temp etc.

Its not got EDC its just got EGR mostly blanked off tho but thanks for the info anyway.  :)

Will only have EDC if its Auto after late 95.

I think it is EDC with Auto OR after 95?
