The Minor was a 7' 2"  (218.4cms) wheelbase.
The SJ is 204cms.

There are a few Minors doing the rounds on chopped Rangie chassis complete with V8 engines.

The saloons were unitary construction, so didn't have a separate chassis. You would need to a fair bit of chopping around to get it to fit on. But anythings possible! The vans and pickups had a separate chassis, but are getting as rare as rocking horse doodoo.

Wireless:
I dunno that they are that rare, there's a bloke on the A458 just before Rowton Castle on the way from Shrewsbury to Welshpool, has a field full of morris minors of various types, all needing love and attention, which can be seen from the road.

:D Plenty of saloons/travellers..... but vans/pickups are getting difficult to find. Even 10 years ago, when I sold our works van, the phone rang off the wall. Must have had 20 or 30 calls within a couple of days of it being advertised. It sold the same day the ad appeared in the local paper. Had people offering money over the phone unseen while someone else was already on their way with cash in hand
