where is the bulb? or thing i have to pump? i cant find it  looked everywhere!

Chris Putt:
If its a diesel has it been parked on a slope facing back slightly downhill?- A problem a mate had (apparently common according to a pug mechanic) is getting a small airleak somewhere in the fuel lines and the non-return valve on the pump not operating so all the fuel drains back to the pump- It then needs to be re-primed to start.

Hope thats some help.

On most pugs its on the left hand side near the strut top somewhere, its a black rubber bulb thar is located in the fuel line. give it a good squeeze, you will feel if there is fuel in it, keep pumping till you feel the pressure build up.

karlo:
Is the fuel filter on the os inner wing?

Tommo:
Fuel filter should be on the rightish side of the engine, its a big black plastic thing that the fuel line goes to (also it has an air bleed screw which must be shut) has 4 bolts on the to that hold the lid on and the filter is in there.
