Clampets or Clampers

One of those big Scammell heavy haulage tractors would do it. Either a Contractor or Constructor. Wheels too big for clamps and frankly I think something designed to drag hundred ton transformers about isn't likely to notice a few bits of metal...

We Had one of the wagons in my old job clamped when they first came out. Silly clamper fited to the lift axle of the truck so the driver just lifted the axle and drove off. Aparentley the clampers exprestion was price less. Even more so when our boss rang them and made them come to our yard to removed it at thier expense.
