WD40 is pretty good at un siezing things but i found that penatrating oil was better.someone told me that the WD part of WD40 means water dispersant, anyway i have just done my a frame bushes well i have rebushed the entire car and i struggled,it took me 2 days but mate it is so worth doing ,she goes round corners like its on rails and its really transformed the handling both off and on road.I find the best way to remove the old bushes was to drill through the outer sleeve and then belt 7 shades of s*** out of them with the biggest hammer you have.

Rocket WD40, as it was known when I was younger.  It was in fact the 40th attempt the manufacturers had had at making a water dispersing lubricant for NASA, hence the name.
