Well i havn't mentioned anybodys name or identity or even what the item was so identity is safe athe moment however i have all the pms to him from start to finish so we'll see
i pm the other party yesterday am but have no reply as of yet  i'll wait and see for now what his reply is
i will add for the record if the stuff had come when and  as agreed with a couriour then fine but iv'e been lied to and ripped off
maybe i'm wrong but i expect to be treated how i treat people  :oops:

I swapped a few parts like light guards and a few lamps nearly a year ago, but the other party has never sent the return items!!! 
Even though Ived been reasonable and offered an alternative

Small claims court only costs £35!!!

sadly due ti these instances, I tend to state "cash on collection only" ........ that way there's no misunderstandings!
