Gone up in the world again

Maybe an extra 50 mm lift courtesy of 16 " steel rims and H U G E Grizzly Claws
Forgot the actual size but equates to 33" x 11.5" R16

How tall ?
Well I'm 6'4" and I can't see the roof now

So what are they like ?
Bit noisy on the road - but off road EXCELLENT !
Already done a quick test drive in deep mud - super grip and precision steering too.

@ Andrew

How much is easy - swapped for 4 super shiny modular alloy rims.

Jacked up - yes I have fitted 30 mm Explorer Pro Comp suspension lift kit and I reckon the new wheels & tyres have added another 50 mm.

Maybe a 50 mm body lift next and that's about where I want to be

wont the extra height of the 30mm body lift make it unstable on normal road??

Do you think those tyres would fit without a suspension lift?

Very stable on road and still leans to 40 degrees without problems off road.

Mind you - Claws and wet roads are interesting

Oh, and no they wouldn't fit without a lift of some kind, they'd foul the front bumper quarters and mud flap fixings (if I had em)

adds to the stability
and they would fit a standard paj(no lift) as long as it ran 16's standard. dunno about the flaps(mine went ages ago)

Even with the lift, they rub the back of the front bumper quarters  - albeit very gently.

These will have to go as I love the tyres in the mud.

Still can't make a 2.5 Paj climb hills worth a damn though  :(

That is the nominal size James - haven't measured the actual dimensions but they have huge side lugs.

I have one sat on top of a BFG AT 31.5x10.5R15 in my garage and it looks about 3" bigger in diameter.

Could be that 3.5s sit higher than 2.5s anyway as do 2.8s ?
