Tractor use on roads plus other tracor related questions

I think I may end up with a rough cut pedestrian mower, seems like the right idea as I have trees, ponds and some ares with small gates etc. My land is slightly sloped so I may get a bit tired, but ill keep fit!. Id like to hire one as they are about £800. Byt then agen I found http://www.affordabletractors.co.uk/ who have some nice looking kit for very sensibe money (compared to ebay) and its tested etc. So an Iseke could be mine for only double the cost of the rough cut mower.

I also have a very capable westward garden tractor that allomst does it , managed 4ft docks but gets wrapped up on the long wispy grass.

Id seriousl have a look at the quad option a few of the farms i go to have some interesting bits of kit that they can bolt to the back of it very quickly and cheaply too!

its a king hitter post driver £6k new this ones 10 years old or so but  hardly been used before we got it needs 90hp tractor on it though to be safe its quite heavey lol but it dont half make fenceing quick and easy. not worth haveing unless your contracting like we do though or you have lots of fences best  on use  smaller tractor one is the small parmiter ones  there contractor one is for biger tractors too.

Yes. I'd be wanting one for the Fergie, so it would need to be smaller. I put about 300 yds of posts in one day on my own, in the rain, with a manual post installer.... never again! My back ached for weeks  :roll: :lol:
