Is the SPORT lower than an HSE?

Looking at either a Sport Premium or HSE TD4 Auto, it will be going off road and ISTR that the SPORT has lowered suspension. Is this correct? If so I'll go for the HSE.

Yes
30mm lower and stiffer suspension
