Rear floor replacement

I'm sure this has been talked about to death!!
How hard is it to replace the rear floor on a 1991 disco?
Avarage time for the job?
Any tips on tools i might not have thought of?
Any advice at all, please let me know!!! :)  :?  :shock:

No way on earth I'm answering that question... depends entirely on who you are and what you know ;-)

Depends a lot on how bad things are.  If it's just the floor, then a couple of days should let you do the job properly... if you end up having to fabricate bits or start replacing the struts under the floor, the time will clock up :-)

A good welder, plenty of cutting and grinding discs, a chisel, hammer, hacksaw, plenty of MIG wire, wire brush, body sealer, paint.

Take your time, it can be a pig of a job, if it's rusty... replace it  ;-)
