Still paying 50p per ltr for my lpg and use about £40 per week of lpg and about £10 month of petrol. So me still using the old v8 disco as my daily drive. At the end of the day i drive it because i like it and modt of the people i have talked to have said the same they bought a big car cos they love driving tham and fuel prices wont put them off driving it

To be honest, the disco is far more economical than the last car I had and nobody bothered about 'tree hugging' all over that!

I have always had at least one big car in the household and I intend to stay that way. The Polo I have that the wife uses for nipping here and there is good fun to drive, for a short time. But I do feel really vulnerable in it! You are at wheel nut level on wagons and buses, not a nice place to be!
