safari snorkle on a disco 3.9 v8

Does anybody have an under bonnet picture of a 3.9i v8 disco 300 fitted with a safari snorkle?

My bro in law has one from  a 300tdi and would like to fit it but the Air flow meter and ABS module appear to be in the way.

Don't have a pic but I do know that under the bonnet they are all different. My 300TDi is different than my mates 200TDi and different again from another mates 300TDIi with ABS.

IIRC the snorkel intended for the ABS-fitted 300 TDI is longer than that for the non-ABS one (runs further along the wing before going through it). Paddock had the diagrams for the various types on their site when I bought mine, handy as I don't have ABS but my airbox is in the same place as that on an ABS-fitted Disco.

ahhh  that would explain how it fits then.

Need to come up with a solution to fit the 300tdi one to this V8 with abs.

The only idea I could come up with would be to move the ABS stuff, but I suspect that's somewhere between very difficult and potentially lethal if any wiring is damaged. Could you use a flexible hose to extend the snorkel inside the wing and then bring it into the engine bay in the same place as the longer snorkel?
