vibration from drive

oggie engineer:
Take the front prop off, put in diff-lock then drive and see if the vibration has gone. If not refit the front remove the rear prop and try again. Hopefully this will point towards wether the fault is front or rear. Not likely to be a clutch fault if this was ok before changing the axles, dipping the clutch just removes the drive from the powertrain and lessen's the torque being transmitted through it. the fact that it vibrates when driving points to a prop/axle fault.

Does anyone no why this is as mine are fitted different and seem ok but i know jack about things :doh:

bought new prop for front as splines worn and far amount of play  :-o
