Oooh, very bling.  AFAIK they are the same.  Is it the black glass you crave or do you just need a screen?

i have vlack glass in my truck, makes it better when your storing stuff in the back. keeps the car cooler too.

I believe the rear door is the only panel shared between D1 and D2, in which case the glass should be the same, yes.
