Buying a Paj
JT:
lol good comment, thats the reason im selling my landy fed up of it going wrong and i usually come home on a trailer when ever i go out, i usually manage to blow a diff every time i go out....
craigderby:
You should find that if you get a Paj that's been reasonably well looked after then it won't give you any problems. Main thing to watch out for with the 2.8's are the fuel pump seals. Make sure the engine hasn't been run before you arrive to view ;)
JT:
the surf i bought to pass the time has that problem, fuel pump seal.... not really a problem though they dont cost didly
L200 CARLOS:
does the 2.8 paj have the larger and stronger front diff? 8" rather then the 7.25 front diff which the 2.5 engine has?
i know the 3.0 and 3.5's have the stonger front diff which you can also fit the RD110 ARB front air locking in too
just a though if u planning on running larger tyres as the 7.25 front diff will break also smaller diff no locker :?
