Well I had an 806 a good few years ago from work, it did 23 MPg so no-one had better dare suggest that.

BTW, My Micra will do 55 if I'm lucky, following wind and all that.  If I turn on the air conn, 49.

without a shadow of a doubt i would say pug 406 estate 1.9 turbo. my dads got one and its fantastic on fuel, yet its fast enough and you can get a pair of landy axles WITH radius arms/trailing arms, discs anti roll bars attached in the back. with the tailgate properly closed. and it will still cruise at 80 and give 55mpg
