hi i need some advice my heater on my cherokee is not blowning hot or cold not even the air con; i`ve checked the fuses in the front under bonnet or is there another fuse boxs or do i need a new heater unit all together

So it's not blowing anything at all, then the blower motors have stopped.  It's not unheard of for little used heater motors to seize up at the bearings.

There are fuses underneath the dashboard on the drivers side in xj models.

If it is an xj the heater blower is bolted into the passenger side of the bulkhead. It's a pretty simple job to remove it, open the bonnet, move a few things out of the way like the evac canister, pull off the connector, undo three nuts and pull the whole thing out. TBH they're pretty reliable, it's more likley an electrical fault elsewere.
