Hello from Bosnia!
« on: March 21, 2008, 14:36:29 »
Hi everyone! Just got myself back into a Landy after a few years in a Niva (wife gets that now!) and it's my first time with a Defender, so going to be picking your brains plenty I'm sure. Bit complex compared to the IIa I was in before!  Look forward to chatting!

Know the feeling Lee. I've always likened my Niva to a Fiesta on steroids! Still, they go most places eh! Biggest problem I have with it to be honest is the reduction. I've always (perhaps rather unfairly) expected it to perform like a Landy because thats what I've always had in the past. Even in low box its like driving my IIA in high ratio which doesnt do the clutch any good!
