Axle swap

<< < (2/2)

Range Rover Blues:
Unless it comes from a 300 series Disco/Defender or soft dash RRC then it will be a 10 spline.

My ARBs came out of Dom's Defender 200 axles and now live in my RRC.  The reason I suggested getting a complete axle is that you will then have the correct halfshafts for the job in hand, though they can be swapped between similar axles, 200 Defender into non ABS RRC for example.

Just a quickie though, isn't yours a 110? would it not have had a Salisbury :-k

The 110 is now in deepest Cornwall. But, your right, it did have a Salisbury. This is for my 90 project www.sjnash.co.uk.

Once again, thanks for the help. I now know what to look for.

Range Rover Blues:
For a 90 any RRC or Disco axle will be fine (hard dash/200 respectively).

V8MoneyPit:
I've just bought a disc braked axle with shafts, but no diff for £70. I thought that seemed a fair price. I am told the brakes are all in useable condition.

Now just got to get it from Derbyshire to Norfolk!
