Mine isn't quite like that, but it's highly unlikely to be regarded as offensive. Mine folds into a tin that fits in the palm of your hand and has a couple of clip-on grips. Works really well on small to medium sized branches and takes up next to no space in the boot.

That looks great, i have a smaller wire saw its alot thinner but im willing to have a look for one of these!
