Respect?
muddy4x4:
I`ve had it when you get some old people moaning about kids, when I`ve had had them push in front of me to get on a bus.
Guess there`s good and bad in all ages :(
I work in a school and kids don`t respect teachers anymore ! They now seem to get away with everything
Guardian.:
it frightens me when i see the kids up town in the evenings, when i was a kid, and it wasnt that long ago, we 'played ' run about messed in fields, bike rides etc, but they all seem to be 6,7,8 year old ex cons on a mission to just do evil.
i never let my daughter out as she wants to go up town with her mates, and theres no chance im letting her up there with the morons hanging around, and wonder how much worse it will be when my 4 year old boy is 10 or 11.
it really is frightning to wonder were it is all going, thank god i live in a house in the middle of a field 2 miles away from a road, miles from anywere.
i couldnt cope with what some of you lot put up with living amongst 'people', i would definately end up in prison myself, as i just would not stand for it.

Same here. I had one a couple of weeks ago in Aldi who seemed to be completely unable to see me judging by how she kept whacking her bag into me in the queue. Does "personal space" mean nothing to these people? I could understand on a crowded train but this was a huge and near-empty supermarket!
Oddly enough I never get "attitude" from kids. I suspect being 6ft and fairly broad doesn't do me any harm there!

The sad thing is the generation growing up today, seems to be the offspring of Wayne and Waynetter, or that one off Little Britain.... I would even go as far to say the parents who grew up in the seventies and eighties, have not been bothered to teach their kids any manners. Also the School system has let them down by being to p.c.
When I was in school you got a canning if you misbehaved, now the teachers aren't allowed discipline them, which is totally wrong.
Bring back Capital Punishment that's what I say....

I'll agree with Boggert on that one, but I'm reminded of an occasion when I was out with my dear lady and we wanted to get into a shop which had a group of yobs standing in the doorway. I watched as a couple of people tried to get in and were intimidated into giving up.
I just went straight through the middle of them, one got trappy, saying he had a knife. I lost it at that point and told him to shove it up his 'arris', and to ' Foxtrot Oscar'. He and his 'homies' bottled it.
In hindsight, not the wisest thing I've ever done, but I was riled by their whole attitude.
