Courtesey car...
« on: February 16, 2008, 18:11:13 »
The Freelander has gone in for a service and they gave us a Nissan Micra loan car  :( The LR enthusiast at the garage told me their Disco was coming back in today. So we took the Micra back and swapped it for this. When trying to change the Freelander fuel filter a plastic pipe broke and a replacement isn't available. They are having to make something..... looks like we'll have the Disco for a while  :D

Have you driven one before, what do you think of it compared to the Freelander?  :-.

I haven't driven one before. That's why I asked about it when we were offered the Micra! He's told me we can off road it if we want  I like my local garage

As I sort of expected, it's a cross between the Freelander and the Defenders in it's driving feel. I'm getting used to it and, yeah, I 'sort of' like it! Looks like we will have it for a few days, so I'll have plenty of time to test it...... I feel a few lanes coming on tomorrow  It's on road tyres, so can't test it too much
