Rant over Freelander 2 - Trailer electrics - UPDATED

hope i never have to tow anything in the 90 as the tow bar is on the rear x member meaning the trailer would be a t a stupid angle :lol: and everytime i turn the electronics on they catch fire  :lol: but its being rewired this weekend so no more fires :(

Although.

when a transit van was at ford for some reason recently, the day we went to pick it up they reversed into something smashing the electric socket. They replaced the socket for us. all good. But we didnt think about checking the socket. who would on a van? Wasnt until we went to tow a trailer a week later in the evening in the middle of no where we found they had put a caravan auxilary socket on and not a lights one.  :evil: We werent too pleased!
