JUST KEEP DROWNING ALL THE LINKAGE  IN wd40 for a while, it should soon free up.

Disco Matt:
Mine moves freely enough, just you need to double declutch and occasionally you need to roll forward or back slightly before it'll go into gear. They do seize if they're not used.
