i have the very same bumper looks great and is extremely strong. have pushed many trees over and lower 4x4's out of the way. the only time i did bend it was when i crashed into a tree. but straightened out by pulling it with a series 3.

sorry to say i think ur going over the top abit. think the smell and listen to the motor on the winch is a better appoach. okay its looks the part but u could be spending money on a warn winch with a built in air compresser. gauge are really for hardcore comp vehicles.

or money towards a rear winch  instead.

lol i dont think so i dont want a warn winch, i want a superwinch as there is a nearby dealer to me so if it goes wrong i can get it replaced quickly

im not just after what the winch is doing, i will be putting extra lights, power inverters and a few other things as i want to go on an expedition next year

and what more use wud a comp vehicle have over what i do, i do quite alot of offroading night time and some of the places we go we get stuck a fair bit so i like to keep an eye on whats going on

if u want over the top then look at ur post about having 4 exhausts on the back of ur wagon

oh and i forgot to mention the whole set up of all the gagues cost me £36 delivered

ill be paying around £420 for a superwinch instead of circa £750 for the same product from warn

gud old ebay lol

the voltmeters were £7 each and the ammeter was £11 the pod was £5 delivered and i have to say the quality was fantastic id recommend to anyone

and the rest i spent on wiring

and yes ur right about superwinch one of the guys who comes out with us has always had superwinch and never had any problems and they come with all the works i.e tree strops, sluce and winch wire blanket basically all ready for offroading

whereas one of the otherguys had a warn winch and every now and again when he got it wet it just stopped working

so paying top dolla is not always the way forward
