a few doors down there is an old couple who had a beutiful statue of 2 dolphins leaping out of some water it was about 3 feet tall
it sprouted legs and ran off one night
obviously distressed they rang the local plod
after visiting them and grilling them (making them feel like they had took it themselves ) the plod gave them a crime number etc...
this was 3 years ago and there has been nothing said
so om afraid i have little faith in the local plod

although today there was 4 police cars and a helecopter on the estate and they were checking every car that left the area
i bet someone was smokimg in a pub

hey i reconise this description, we had two guys in a tranny van with a blue basket thing on the back pulling a basket trailer i think they called them selfs either keiths ....  or K&J scrap collecters
looked like dodgy folk and they seemed interested in my collection of spare wheel rims so i moved them else where just incase. not far from derbyshire here ill keep an eye open for them and take pictures
