they do look brill, but id look at the transit, we had the minibus with the 125 2 litre tdci engine in it and it was just brilliant, towed like a dream and so much power for a van8)
Tailendcharley:
:D :D I have a 2004 T5 Caravelle with the 174 BHP engine...an absolutely brilliant machine which can leave most hot hatchbacks standing if that's what turns you on...I regulary drive to my cottage in France cruising at 3000 revs which gives me 100 mph and delivers 40+ mpg...after a 600 mile stint I still arrive at the cottage fresh and comfortable...I love it and would'nt swop it for anything else :D :D
:) :) Smithy :D :D

Next door, but one has one too.
It tows their twin-axle van better than their (JJF intercooled) Discovery 300Tdi, bar the obvious traction issues on-site
fasthands:
I had the 174 BHP model AWSOME  watch the oil level though, and if you have long legs you might find that your left knee rests against the gearstick housing in the dash board, made my knee quite sore after a while. Apart from that a fantastic van and very good on fuel, plus no matter how much you put in it it still pulled like a train, through all 6 gears.
Rear suspension is a little soft though.
