you have a contract and it is legally binding. I would make sure you have that to hand.

i would therefore refuse the re-valation and in a very loud clear and firm voice in a packed show room on a Sat make sure you state that

 you have grave concerns over their behaviour

 and how sad it is that the dealership seems to be failnig to deliver

If they are so bad at this and trying to get money from you how bad is their aftersales service?

You also need ot give them 14 days to sort themselves out and have your car here and delivered etc as you have already waited however long.

Also worth sourcing another one and tell them that you can get another one no problem and they are just waiting for your call.

You can if they don't wantto play ball stand outsdie and tell everyone who goes in how terrible they are and you will either get arrested  :lol: or they will wantto make you go away at which point you have a huge bargaining card lol
