Wasn't it Warwick council who refused to fly the flag of St George on the council offices on St George's Day in case it offended someone?

i thought christmas had already been outlawed - how many councils etc no longer send christmas cards but seasonal wishes etc

how many schools do nativity plays  - they are apparently offensive to other religions (please explain why divali, id, chinese new year etc are all celebrated) and christmas carols are out

It *is* the PC brigade. We have a multitude of different people working for us, and everyone is happy to celebrate each others festivals. No-one has refused Christmas cards - or complained about the trees and decorations.

Therefore I'd say 99.9% of the people that live here, pretty much just get on with their lives. The other .1% are the people that think the other 99.9% are offended.

It's VERY annoying. I know what annoys me - I don't need telling what should or should not.
