Rear hub bearings & Timing pointer
« on: November 13, 2007, 17:27:48 »
Hi, A couple of questions

i) Can you change S3 rear hub bearings safely without using a dial gauge?

ii) There's no timing pointer on my 5 bearing engine, any suggestions where I can get one / part no? (can't find it in Gen. Parts Cat.)

Also there doesn't appear to be any timing marks on the pulley  :?

Cheers, Paul.

That's one of my threads  :)
Changing the wheel bearing is exactly the same as a series, so the instructions in the thread will help you do yours.
