Sat on a side road just emptied a bin, hear a woman shouting, look round and a little kid no more than 3 year old is running about on the path.

Heard a car, looked in mirror to see one of the local chav scooby nutter's come belting up the street. Seen this one befor and he is mental. Next split second the child has run out under the chav, i couldn't get out of my seat belt fast enough to do owt.
 
The ambulance has just gone and i've given a statement to the police, and now i feel sick. :(

We see the aftermath & it's equally disturbing, but we have to detach ourselves.

That may sound harsh, but letting emotions get in the way doesn't help in our situation

(it doesn't mean we don't care though!)

Where it not for me and the others that witnessed it all i feel he would try to deny it. He certainly was showing no outward remorse.
